Our story

"Made with love, served with joy."

Bobalato & Mochi Co. is a family-owned dessert café in downtown Carmel. We opened because we wanted a place where the treats aren't shipped in frozen — where the gelato is churned in the back, the donuts are made that morning, and the waffle is still warm when it reaches you.

Come in once and you'll see the whole thing happen. That's rather the point.
